Return Policy On The Web!
At Central Vacuum
Shopping it is our
goal to make sure every customer has an enjoyable buying
experience. We also understand that while we may not be able to satisfy
every single customer,
we promise to try and try again if needed. We talk to our
customers first and try to find a solution
to their problem, but
not every issue can be solved. So in the event of a return or a
item, our policies are stated below.
At Central Vacuum
Shopping, we try
hard to offer a "hassle-free" return policy. No hidden
tricks here! With our customer
friendly return policy, you have 30 days to test drive your new central
vacuum item. If within those
30 days you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase you can return it for a refund.
We only ask
that you pay the return postage. In the event an
item is damaged, does not fit as advertised or is
will supply a return label. Anyone wanting a return after 30
days will have to get
approval from one of our customer service
managers. Any return needed after 30 days will be handled
individual basis and restocking and/or shipping fees may apply.

- Products must be returned in
resalable condition with original packing, container,
manuals and materials. Obvious signs of abuse or fraud may
lead to a forfeit of your refund.
- At our discretion a
restocking fee may apply to used items if returned after 30
- If you have returned
merchandise that has been deemed non-refundable due to abuse
fraudulent activity by our inspection staff, you may request
to have your item returned
at your expense.
- It is advised that you
insure your return shipment and make a signature required.
- This policy does not apply
to damaged or defective products.
- Returned shipping costs are
at the customer's expense, unless damaged or defective in
case a return label will be sent.
- Orders are shipped via UPS,
USPS, FedEx or drop shipped at our discretion.
- Orders shipped from Central
Vacuum Shopping will not be delivered during the weekend
on national holidays.
- We do not ship to P.O.
Boxes, please provide a physical address.
- All orders are generally
shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not process or ship orders
weekends or on national holidays. Orders placed over

returned for inspection before any credit or replacement is

troubleshoot any problem before deciding if the item should be
returned. It is our
hope that the troubleshooting process will
save time on both ends if a return is not needed.

"defective" item will be treated as a warranty repair unless
