Return Policy On The Web!

At Central Vacuum Shopping it is our goal to make sure every customer has an enjoyable buying experience. We also understand that while we may not be able to satisfy every single customer, we promise to try and try again if needed. We talk to our customers first and try to find a solution to their problem, but not every issue can be solved. So in the event of a return or a missing/damaged item, our policies are stated below.

Return Policy

At Central Vacuum Shopping, we try hard to offer a "hassle-free" return policy. No hidden tricks here! With our customer friendly return policy, you have 30 days to test drive your new central vacuum item. If within those 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund. We only ask that you pay the return postage. In the event an item is damaged, does not fit as advertised or is defective, we will supply a return label. Anyone wanting a return after 30 days will have to get approval from one of our customer service managers. Any return needed after 30 days will be handled on an individual basis and restocking and/or shipping fees may apply. If you need to return anything, please follow the procedures and requirements below.
  • Customer must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and proper return address. RA#'s will
    be given via e-mail only. Please e-maill us at returns@centralvacuumshopping.com.
  • All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by Central
    Vacuum Shopping unless otherwise instructed.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Product should be received by us within 10 days of RA# issuance.
  • No returns will be accepted and/or credited without an RA# written clearly on the return
    package unless otherwise instructed. Packages that are returned without a valid RA# may be
    refused, further delaying the process. We suggest writing the RA# on the outside of the box
    in large letters.
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition with original packing, container, accessories,
    manuals and materials. Obvious signs of abuse or fraud may lead to a forfeit of your refund.
  • At our discretion a restocking fee may apply to used items if returned after 30 days.
  • If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed non-refundable due to abuse or
    fraudulent activity by our inspection staff, you may request to have your item returned
    at your expense.
  • It is advised that you insure your return shipment and make a signature required.
  • This policy does not apply to damaged or defective products.
  • Returned shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless damaged or defective in which
    case a return label will be sent.
Shipping Policy
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx or drop shipped at our discretion.
  • Orders shipped from Central Vacuum Shopping will not be delivered during the weekend
    and/or on national holidays.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address.
  • All orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not process or ship orders during
    weekends or on national holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the
    following Monday. Occasionally we must back order an item, if this becomes necessary we will
    contact you with an update and approximate shipping date.
  • Tracking information will be provided via e-mail to the email given during the ordering process.
Missing, Damaged or Defective Items
  • Customers should verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received.
  • Any missing items must be reported to Central Vacuum Shopping within 5 days of receipt.
  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported to Central Vacuum Shopping within 5 days
    of receipt.
  • Central Vacuum Shopping only assumes the responsibility of shipping missing or damaged items
    when notified within the 5 day period mentioned above, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If a item cannot be deem defective via tech support with a technician, it may need to be
    returned for inspection before any credit or replacement is given. Please note our technicians
    will thoroughly troubleshoot any problem before deciding if the item should be returned. It is our
    hope that the troubleshooting process will save time on both ends if a return is not needed.
  • After 30 days, any "defective" item will be treated as a warranty repair unless otherwise
    agreed upon.
  • This policy excludes any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been
    completely filled.
Warranty Items
  • All items sold by Central Vacuum Shopping are covered under their standard manufacture
  • If you cannot not find a local authorized repair center, some items may be sent to Central Vacuum
    Shopping for repair. Any shipping cost involved are at the customer's expense, however parts and
    labor will covered by Central Vacuum Shopping unless the item is deemed abused.
  • All items returned for warranty repair or replacement must have a valid return authorization
    number (RA#) written clearly on the return package. RA#'s and a proper return address will
    be given via e-mail. See the above return policy.
Privacy Policy 
  • Your privacy and security are very important to us and we go to great lengths to protect your information.
  • All orders are processed via a 100% encrypted secure server.
  • No payment information is stored for future orders.
